Personality:
Trish hails from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and she's a total street punk who loves hard core music and hard core atheletic competition. She loves all kinds of physical activities as well as helping out at the Broad Street Community Center. Her strong combination of rushing adrenalin and healthy sportsmanship defines her as Sailor Liberty--that and the fact that she's from the U.S.A. In competitions, she is known as "Psycho Grrrl," the toughest street skater on the East Coast. However, don't let that rough exterior fool you--she really does have a heart of gold, most often demonstrated in her volunteer work.

Appearence:
Sailor Liberty's pretty tall compared to the others. She has blue eyes and short, spiky, yellow hair that characterizes her personality. Her uniform has a red skirt, collar, boots and cuffs with blue bows, and a pentagon-shaped medallion in the center of her chest. However, her boots are the most unique part of the ensemble. They are equipped with in-line skates for agility and attitude!

Transformation:
Liberty Justice Action:
When she begins transforming, her arms are raised high into the air, and she spins around rapidly creating a series of silver and gold rings around her. As the rings disappear, her uniform begins to appear. Then, her medallion materializes on her uniform surrounded by bright light. As the light dies down, the bows appear. Finally, starting with a close-up on her boots, the skates appear, and the "camera" moves up to her head as she strikes her ending pose: legs apart, right hand on her hip, and her left fist in front of her chest with her thumb and pinky extended.

Special Powers:
Liberty Agility Blast:
Liberty Agility Blast is a fast-paced attack where she skates around an enemy until they tire out from dizzyness.

Liberty Psycho Grrrl Scream:
Liberty Psycho Grrrl SCREEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAMMMMMM is like it sounds, she lets out a pulse-pounding, blood-curdling scream aimed at her opponent.

Liberty Super Sailor Manuevering:
With this power, she can quickly escape a tight situation by herself or with the other scouts.
