Personality:
Gina's a great problem-solver (and somewhat of an eavesdropper) She love painting and going to museums--she's even had some work on display. She loves shopping and hates school, and she usually stays pretty busy, but she always sacrifices her personal time to help out a friend. Her identity as Sailor Utopia became known before any of the other S/I when she was studying abroad, and helped the original Sailor Scouts fight the Anti-Moon. Click here for more information.

Appearence:
Sailor Utopia has green eyes and short orange hair. Her new uniform includes green boots, a green skirt and collar, yellow bows and epaulets, and a diamond-shaped medallion in the center of her chest.

Transformation:
Utopia Mediation Action:
Her body starts to flash blue and white, and her medallion appears on her chest. She stands with her legs together, and waves her arms over her head, summoning several yellow energy rings which begin to spin rapidly around her chest. As she's spinning around, the energy rings shrink back down into her medallion, there's a flash, and her Sailor Scout uniform appears on her. Finally, zooming out to her end pose with her legs spread, her left side is to us, her right fist is on her hip and her left hand, with fingers spread apart, is down to her side.

Special Powers:
Utopian Energy Flash:
This is not as much of an attack as it is a "healing power." This actually weakens the enemy's willpower and forces them to be open to the suggestions of the Sailor Scouts. Unfortunately, sometimes the suggestions of other enemies can be just as strong.

Utopian Peace of Mind:
Slightly more powerful than the Energy Flash, Salior Utopia's Peace of Mind attack not only weakens the enemy's willpower, but also neutralizes its need to fight, making it an inaffective enemy.

Harmonious Empathy Awakening:
Her most powerful ability turns an enemy into an ally. After this attack, former enemies are usually left with a peculiar grin on their faces.
