Since the fall of the old Imperial Family, the Negaverse has been in a state of chaos. Dictators, pirates, and corruption rule. One of the most notorious factions of the new Negaverse, the Black Empire, has encountered Earth during it's quest to conquer and rule all worlds. The struggle for power here is different, though, since they have caught up with Onyx and the Sailors International. The structure of the empire is now in danger of collapsing, so here is a list of the leaders of this new group of villains--organized by rank.

Helius

The Black Empire's despicable, ruthless leader.

Aza:
Helius' youngest and newest commander.

Kaza:
The intellegent, but impatient younger brother of Phaza.

Phaza:
The meanest, cruelest, most egotistical and vicious commander in the empire.
